MIDO is up and running again after finally easing his way back into the firing line.

The big Egyptian striker worked his way through 45 minutes of action for Boro reserves against Newcastle United last night.
Now Gareth Southgate is further assessing the striker with a view to pencilling in his first team return.
But it looks unlikely that Mido will be ready to play at Mansfield Town on Saturday - while even Tuesday’s game against Wigan could come too early.
Southgate, who watched last night’s match at Billingham Synthonia from the main stand, told the Evening Gazette: “It was the next step up from training for Mido and it was good to see him back on the pitch again.
“The plan was always to give him just the 45 minutes.
“We have to make sure that there is no reaction, and then we’ll decide what the next step will be.”

Even so, Southgate remains uncommitted about when Mido may be ready to play in the Premier League.
The bottom line is that the manager will not consider playing the Egyptian until his fitness is 110 per cent.
Southgate said: “He needs training and he needs football.
“I can’t say that this stage when he will be back in the first team squad because he is being assessed day to day at the moment.
“Whenever he does return he will give us a lift but it has to be the right time.
“We have to bring him back at the right speed.”
Mido was last in Premier League action in the 2-0 home by Chelsea at the Riverside Stadium on October 20.
He had been feeling problems is his abdominal area for some time and a stress fracture of the pubic bone was diagnosed, which initially needed plenty of rest followed by a gradual build-up of fitness again.
Boro paid a price for throwing Mido into the action despite not having had a proper pre-season, and that’s why Southgate is prepared to take no risks this time around.
If Boro are to start reaping some of the investment in the striker then they need him fully toned up before he can be exposed to 90 minutes of hurly burly activity in the league.
Boro made a late decision to include Mido in last night’s game and he seemed to cope with it reasonably well.
He had few chances to make a major impact but was denied a goal in the 23rd minute when Newcastle goalkeeper Fraser Forster flung himself across the goal to keep out a 15 yards piledriver from the Egyptian forward.
Five minutes later Mido also headed straight at Forster from a Jonathan Grounds cross.
After completing the first half, Mido was put through some extra fitness work on the pitch during the half-time interval.
